With over 10 years of experience in guiding students on the mat, Neha brings a deeply intuitive and nurturing approach to her yoga teaching. Specializing in Yin Yoga, her classes are a soft invitation to slow down, tune in and reconnect with the body and breath.

Neha’s teaching is rooted in the belief that stillness is powerful. Through gentle, mindful movement and long-held postures, she holds space for her students to release, reflect, and restore. Her sessions are often described as calming, grounding, and emotionally supportive - offering more than just a physical stretch, but a true inner experience.
