Do you also feel that in today's world we are so wired to work with our brains that somewhere we have lost the touch of heart. We are often scared to open our hearts as it seems to make us more vulnerable. But on the contrary, Opening my heart while on and off my mat makes me feel emotionally relieved and a change in the mood that sweeps away the gloom and blues of the day. Any tiredness, or lack of energy is replaced by an uplifted and energized body and mind. I seem less fearful and vulnerable. Everytime I do heart opening poses during my yoga practice... My heart smiles, I make more space in my heart, to let things come and go.


The open heart sees, feels and absorbs the beauty of the World.
